Your initial appointment at Advantage Chiropractic in New Berlin will last around 30-60 minutes. This allows for a thorough consultation, examination, and any first chiropractic treatments.
Follow-up appointments typically last 5-10 minutes.
We recommend setting aside an hour for your first visit to ensure it is comprehensive and relaxed.
The first step in starting your path to recovery is to get setup in our system. Begin by calling or filling out a new patient appointment request form. Our friendly chiropractic team members will guide you through the rest of the process. We will then setup an examination appointment to meet the doctors and take X-rays of your spine or area of pain.
Once you have an appointment with one of or experienced chiropractic doctors, you will then meet with them to discuss your condition. We will explain the healing process, understand your goals and answer any questions you may have. Followed by this we will perform a neurological exam, spinal exam and lastly we will need to take a few X-rays.
After our team of chiropractors get together and examine your X-rays , we will present you with our findings and recommend a treatment plan. This typically will be presented to you on your next visit. All treatment plans are tailored to your specific condition for the best possible outcome. After we agree to work with one another, we can begin treatment.
Now that our doctors understand the underlying cause of your pain, we can start the treatment process. The treatment process varies from patient to patient. We will begin with making adjustments to your body, incorporate exercises and provide you with any other necessary equipment to move the healing process along. Some patients may need more visits than others.
